GhostLabz products are sold strictly as research chemicals and are not approved by the FDA for any medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use. Products must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied to the body, or otherwise introduced into any human or animal organism. To ensure responsible distribution, GhostLabz performs a manual review of new customers and orders before fulfillment, which may include checking customer information, email credentials, and order details. GhostLabz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to be intended for personal use, human consumption, or any non-research purpose. All products are clearly marketed and labeled as “For Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption.”

The buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of all products. The buyer acknowledges that improper handling or misuse may be dangerous and releases GhostLabz from any liability arising from such misuse. GhostLabz provides Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for each lot upon request, and buyers are responsible for retaining these documents and complying with applicable laws and laboratory safety protocols. GhostLabz is not liable for any damages, injuries, or claims resulting from the handling, storage, misuse, or improper application of research materials, and the buyer agrees to indemnify GhostLabz against any claims arising from improper use or regulatory non-compliance.

All orders are subject to approval following internal verification procedures. Shipping is available only within the United States unless otherwise specified, and the buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with local, state, and federal regulations regarding research materials. Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are issued only in cases of shipping errors or products damaged during transit. Any eligible claims must be submitted within seven days of delivery and must include order information and supporting evidence such as photos.
